Tournament Rules & Code of Conduct — crisp, fair, and tournament-ready.
✔Discipline & Fair Play
- Punctuality and discipline are highly valued.All teams please be on ground 20min before the game.
- Any misbehavior may result in immediate disqualification and exclusion from future editions.Entry fee not refunded.
⚖️Decisions & Disputes
- Umpires’ decisions are final and must be respected.
- In case of disputes, organizers will consult with umpires before giving a final verdict.
👥Team & Fielding
- Maximum 7 players on the field.
- 23 min per innings7 min innings break .
- Only 3 players allowed on the leg side.
- 👉 Sporting outfit required no jeans or casual wearTeam members are encouraged to wear the same jersey, but not mandatory –.
🎯Bowling Limits
- Maximum 2 overs per bowler.
- A bowler can bowl a 3rd over only after the 5th over — no consecutive three overs.
🟡No‑Balls & Wides / Extras
- Each no‑ball or wide awards 2 runs and is re‑bowled.
- Ball pitches outside the mat = No‑Ball (not a free hit).
- Ball above head height = No‑Ball + Free Hit.
- Full toss above waist = No‑Ball + Free Hit.
- Bye / Legbye Scored to batsman.
⚠️Warnings & Penalties
- LBW: 1st = Warning, 2nd = Out.
- Two beamers (dangerous deliveries) = bowler banned from bowling.
🏏Batting Rules
- New batsman must take the field within 70 seconds.
- Last‑man batting allowed, with a runner.
- Free hit applies for no‑balls, unless the ball pitches/edges outside the mat (still a no‑ball, but no free hit).
ℹ️General Rules
- Standard cricket rules apply.
- Umpires may announce additional rules on game day.
🚭Smoking Policy
- Smoking is strictly prohibited within 50 meters of the ground.
- A designated smoking area will be provided.Near the shed.
- Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
