The 11th edition of the iconic Sevenzer League concluded in grand style, celebrating its decade-long journey of passion, cricket, and brotherhood. In its maiden entry, Malmi Supernova shone brightest – remaining unbeaten throughout the tournament and lifting the SEVENZER 2025 title. 🌟🔥13 teams, 17 games.

Introduced in 2014, the Sevenzer format (7 players – 7 overs) has redefined the thrill of short format outdoor cricket in Finland, making every match an edge-of-the-seat experience.
Malmi Supernova Crowned 7zer 2025 Champions in Style
The Bengal Tigers’ pride, Malmi Supernova, lit up the stage at the 7zer 2025, becoming the only team to both open the tournament and close it with victory.
In a thrilling final, Malmi Supernova defended a modest total of 60/7, edging past the Helsinki Stars by 8 runs to claim the coveted title. The Stars’ bowling attack seemed to have tilted the game in their favor after dismantling Malmi Supernova’s batting lineup. But the Supernovas, unbeaten throughout the series, produced a disciplined and fiery bowling performance, restricting the Stars to just 52/4 in 7 overs.
With this win, Malmi Supernova not only lifted the trophy but also stamped their authority as the most consistent and dominant side of the tournament.
