🔥 About the League
Since its thrilling launch in 2014, the SevenZer League(7ZER) has become Finland’s most exciting cricket tournament. With its fast-paced 7-overs per side and 7-players per team format, this one-day event guarantees high energy, non-stop action, and unforgettable moments! The name SevenZer is based on the format of the game that consists of 7 overs and 7 players.

- Venue: Rajakyla Liikuntapuisto, Säilätie 31, FI-01280 Vantaa, Suomi
- Ball Type: Hard Tennis Ball
- Format: 7 Overs | 7 Players | 1 Day / 30-50 Yards Boundary Circle
- Open to: Everyone
- Players bring their own kit and water bottles. Organizers take care of match balls and Umpire.
- Players need to be suomisport licensed.we assist you in getting it.Team entry not refunded in case of dropout
- If weather disrupts will be shifted to other favorable day
🏏 League Format
- Maximum of 9 teams. If more, pre-matches on Friday or earlier week or other suitable day.
- 3 groups of 3 teams each – each team plays 2 league games.
- 10 or more teams , different fixture but each team gets at least 2 games.
- Top team from each (3)group + best NRR team(from loosing 6) qualify for semis.
- 1 ball will be used for both innings.
📝 Registration & Fees
Entry Fee: €200 per team. ⚠️ 📢 Team entry fee not refunded incase of dropout
"Note: Each team is guaranteed a minimum of 2 games. Trophies will be awarded to the winning and runner-up teams and medals will be presented to up to 11 players on each of these teams."
Deadline: 7th August 2025- Team participation secured only after the payment of the entry fees.

🏏 Tournament Rules & Code of Conduct
🔒 Discipline & Fair Play
- We value time and discipline.
Any misbehavior during a match or throughout the tournament may lead to:
Immediate disqualification from the current tournament.- Exclusion from future editions.
🧑⚖️ Decisions & Disputes
- Umpires' decisions are final and must be respected.
- In case of a dispute, organizers will consult with umpires before making a final decision.
📋 Match Rules
👥 Team & Fielding
- Max 7 players on the field.
- Only 3 players allowed on the leg side.
🏏 Bowling Limits
- Max 2 overs per bowler.
- A bowler can bowl a third over only after the 5th over (no consecutive 3 overs).
🎯 No-Balls & Wides
- Awarded 2 runs + re-bowled.
- Balls pitches outside mat no ball- but not free hit.
- Ball above head height - no ball - free hit.
🚨 Warnings & Penalties
- LBW: 1st = warning, 2nd = out.
- Full toss over waist line- no-ball- free hit
- 2 beamers = bowler banned from bowling- if considered dangerous to batsmen.
⚡ Batting Rules
- New batsman must take the field within 70 seconds of dismissal.
- Last-man batting is allowed, with a runner.
- Free hit for no-balls unless the ball pitches or edges outside the mat (still a no-ball, but no free hit).
🏏 General
- Standard cricket rules apply, with a few tournament-specific exceptions.
- More rules may be announced by umpires on game day.
🚭 Smoking Policy
- Smoking is prohibited within 50 meters of the ground.
- A designated smoking area will be provided.
- Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

All matches will be scored on CricClubs or similar platforms. We will update it on our web page too.
